Dear Sirs

I was very impressed with your website, very well laid out & easy to follow.

However, I must complain at the lack of information provided regarding sizings which has now led me to order a wrong sized tennis racket.

The website only gives racket sizes in inches. My son is an absolute beginner therefore I ordered him the smallest racket. Having received the racket, I note on the racket there are sizings based upon age and height. Why can't these sizings be placed on the website!!!!!!!!!!!?

I now need to order another racket (23 inch) which is going to cost me more in postage, when I could've ordered correctly had you provided the necessary information. In light of this I would ask that you send me another racket, free of postage, to rectify the situation. In addition, I can keep the 17 inch racket as I should hopefully be able to pass this on to a younger child and you will therefore have sold two rackets!  I would also ask that you amend your website!
