Footwear Features

Adidas Tunit LogoModular technology that allows you to customise your boot to be any boot you want it to be. Choose from several interchangeable uppers, 3 different chassis and 3 stud sets based on wether conditions, pitch conditions and your own personal style. Glove, like fit and lace cover give this boot a light feel with a cleaner kicking surface.

Adidas adiPRENE LogoA very durable, foam based shock absorbing material placed either at the lateral impact zone or as an insert directly under the heel bone as adiPRENE reduces repetitive impact forces. The lateral positioning helps reduce the foot's pronation velocity thereby enhancing the characteristics.

Adidas adiPRENE+ LogoadiPRENE+ is a higly durable, lightweight cushioning material located in the forefoot area of most technical adidas footwear products. Highly elastic, this material provides an efficient toe-off and reduced impact forces. adiPRENE+ can be a midsole insert or the material can be used for the entire forefoot itself.

adiTUFF.jpgadiTUFF is an abrasion resistant material used in the toe and/or lateral forefoot area of a shoe's upper to protect from excessive wear. When playing tennis toe-dragging puts major stress on the toe area of a shoe. To counteract this an adiTUFF toe-guard is required to help prevent quick excessive damage.

Adidas adiWEAR LogoAn extremely durable, non-marking rubber used primarily for high-abrasion activities which require the optimal balance of excellent abrasion resistance, traction and flexibility. In linear sports adiWEAR is used to reduce wear in the heel landing area and the toe-off area. In court sports it offers durability while still allowing pivoting or sliding movements.

Adidas formotion logoThe ForMotion system reduces your foot's pronation velocity and knee rotation. The key to ForMotion footwear is the active ForMotion element in the midsole. It adjusts to your sport motion in order to let your foot adapt more naturally to the landing surface. At any angle of touchdown, a pair of radiused, sliding plates in the midsole begin to slow horizontal forces the moment your foot touches the ground. Your foot experiences a much smoother, more natural touchdown with every step, and minimises potentially harmfull knee stress. With ForMotion adidas is the first-ever brand to deliver a shoe that adapts to both horizontal and vertical impact forces to provide comfort and control in all three dimensions.

Adidas ClimaCool LogoAdidas introduced ClimaCool as a system combining moisture-managing materials and ventilation in key areas. It helps creates an efficient system for evaporation of sweat and 360 degree ventilation to help regulate an athletes foot temperature for improved efficiency and comfort.

Adidas ClimaProof LogoA lightweight, breathable membrane that surrounds your foot, keeping wind, rain and snow out while allowing heat and sweat to escape through evaporation. ClimaPROOF keeps your feet warm, dry and comfortable when the snow is blowing sideways and the competition has gone indoors. Mud, snow, ice and rain have no control over your training routine thanks to the protective powers of ClimaPROOF.

Adidas GeoFIT LogoAnatomically placed memory foam pads wrap around the heel. These pads follow the form of the foot evenly distributing pressure for an improved fit, increased comfort and an enhanced sense of security and stability. geoFIT offer a wide variety of benefits to an athlete including enhanced comfort, better heel fit and better pressure distribution around the entire rearfoot and midfoot section.

Adidas Geofit+ LogoGeoFIT+ uses FitFoam to mould the shoe to the shape of your foot for a supremely comfortable, secure fit.

Adidas NoSeam LogoNoSEAM technology bonds the frame of the shoe directly onto the upper forefoot area and eliminates the need for seams and overlays. This increases the shoes performance in 2 major ways. Support: In the molding process the material thickness and geometry can be adjusted to get the exact amount of support needed for the shoe, enhancing both performance and protection. Performance: The impact-resistant qualities of NoSEAM protect feet from impact and injuries. Because TPU material is more protective than standard overlay materials, No SEAM can be designed to protect in areas as needed.

Adidas Predator LogoThe fit, weight and swerve control of the Predator boot and Predator design have been carefully refined since being introduced in 1994. The redesigned Predator element significantly increases power and swerve even compared to the previous versions. Making the current boot the highest performing yet. With the introduction of exchangable dynamic PowerPulse Adidas have given players the most powerful predator yet.

Adidas Powerpulse LogoAn exchangeable weight beneath the forefoot shifts the boot's centre of gravity closer to the point of impact for more explosive shots on goal. The PowerPulse concept offers footballers a significant increase in ball speed compared to conventional boots. Players can now experience the most pwerful Predator ever or with a simple swap of the sockliner they canexperience the lightest Predator ever.

Adidas Promoderator LogoPro-moderator is an extremely lightweight midsole support system. The material used is a thermoplastic urethane (TPU) with a thickness of 1.5mm which significantly reduces the overall shoe weight compared to a 10-15mm second density midsole. Pro-moderator with its reduced thickness, will not inhibit flexibility. Pro-moderator is molded directly onto the midsole therefore your foot is free from harder materials allowing great toe-off.

quickstrike.jpgQuickStrike outsole construction provides a very light, durable outsole with a higher abrasion resistance than expanded rubber and compares well against heavier carbon rubber. The material is molded directly onto a thin textile base which functions the same as a traditional, heavier rubber base. QuickStrike outsole improves overall cushioning as each lug can deflect and absorb impact forces. It is very precise and every shoe size is correctly scaled with consistent location of lugs for excellent durability and absorbtion of impact forces.

Adidas Torsion System LogoAdidas TORSION System provides midfoot integrity while allowing enhanced surface adaptation and stability. High performance athletic footwear must protect and support the foot while still allowing it to function in a natural manner. The TORSION System is now specific to linear or lateral sport motions, supporting the midfoot and serving as a platform for extended control, fit or protection elements.

Adidas Traxion LogoThe Traxion uotsole design was originally developed for football where its tapered shape provides excellent ground penetration without the typical stud pressure football boots place on the foot. TRAXION is now offered in numerous Adidas sports including Trail Running, Golf, Walking and Training where the requirements for grip, protection and pressure distribution for the foot are similar.

Adidas X-Traxion LogoAn exchangeable stud configuration which offers the optimum ground penetration and pressure distribution of Traxion. Ideally suited for soft pitch conditions the lightweight sole and stud construction allows players to customize stud length based on pitch conditions.

Adidas Powerbounce LogoLightweight POWERBOUNCE is the natural evolution of Bounce technology. All excess weight has been stripped away and every cell in the lightweight PowerBounce midsole has been fine-tuned to provide the perfect level of indepentent cushioning from heel to toe. Every lightweight POWERBOUNCE cell has been independently tuned for the lightest, smoothest ride ever.
